How do I determine the correct helmet size for my head?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to our official size chart located on each product page. A proper fit should be snug but not uncomfortably tight.
Are HJC Helmets safety certified?
Yes, all HJC helmets meet or exceed DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Many of our premium models also carry ECE 22.06 or SNELL certifications for enhanced track and street safety.
What is your return policy for gear and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets that show signs of road use or have had the visor protective film removed cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
How should I clean and maintain my helmet?
Clean the outer shell with mild soap and warm water. For the interior, most HJC models feature removable and washable liners. Avoid using harsh chemicals or glass cleaners on the visor as they can damage the anti-fog and UV coatings.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
HJC offers a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the specific model. This covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
